Mary K O鈥橬eill is a partner in the Total Health Management practice at Mercer. She works with the Mercer team and our clients to develop, implement and evaluate strategic benefit packages in order to attract and retain talent and manage cost. She works extensively in the areas of Accountable Health, Value Based Purchasing and program development for clinical areas that impact working age adults.
