Milan is a Partner, located in Mercer鈥檚 London office and is Mercer鈥檚 Global Energy Vertical Industry Leader. As such, Milan collaborates with over 600 Mercer energy colleagues & consultants in developing and delivering Health, Wealth and Career consulting solutions, products and tools to over 300 clients across the energy value chain.
Milan facilitates Mercer鈥檚听African Energy Forum听(London), Mercer鈥檚听Middle East & North Africa Energy Forum听(Dubai) and Mercer鈥檚听Asia Energy Forum听(Kuala Lumpur) as well as Mercer鈥檚听European Energy HR Strategy Network听(London). These peer-to-peer networks meet twice a year and connect HR leaders in the industry to discuss topical issues and develop pragmatic insights.
Milan is the Mercer energy lead for the Mercer/Oliver Wyman joint venture on听The Workforce for the Future听and as such, works with senior leadership teams in organizations across the energy value chain in understanding the Human Capital impact of digitalization, artificial intelligence and robotics. Milan is also a member of the听World Economic Forum鈥檚听Taskforce听on Preparing for the Future of Work for Oil and Gas. The taskforce is creating recommendations for consideration by the Oil & Gas CEO group at Davos.
Milan is a regular speaker at energy industry events most recently on Cybersecurity and HR in the Energy industry for Oil & Gas UK.听
